Symple Tech Solutions builds AI-native software for the systems that run revenue and delivery. That means the AI works against a real system of record — the metadata and configuration of a Salesforce org, or the products, pricing and approvals behind a quote — rather than operating on documents in isolation.

We are deliberately narrow about where we apply it. The useful pattern is not "let a model do the work," it is letting AI handle the analysis and assembly while people keep the decisions that carry consequences. Every product we ship is built around that split.

Two products, two audiences

Our two products serve different teams and solve different problems. They are built on the same principle of governed, human-approved AI, but they are not interchangeable.

Both products put a person at the point of consequence. Changes are prepared and tested first, reviewed by your team, and promoted deliberately. The reasoning behind a decision stays attached to the work, so it can be explained later by someone who was not in the room.

This is the part of our thinking that does not change as models improve. Better models make better drafts; they do not transfer accountability.

As part of our long-term vision, we are exploring a future where software may no longer require a traditional user interface. Through internal research and prototypes, we're studying how chat-based agents, behavioral triggers, and intelligent automation can replace complex dashboards and forms.

While our current products still offer a visual UI, our direction is toward building systems that run quietly in the background, surfacing only when needed—through conversation, not clicks.
